What an incredible piece! An XXL and gorgeous composite boxer dog statue.
This beauty has some fantastic details; great colour and texture painted, true doggo eyes with a shiny coat. The light and reflections just bounce of this guy!
It's also in great vintage condition too. There are only a couple areas of slight colour loss and scuffs to the paint, as per the pictures.
There is a manufacturing flaw on the hight-hand ear where it looks as though there is a firing line under the glaze, as well as firing lines on the underside where the mould has been placed together pre fabrication.
As mentioned earlier he is XXL - a massive 66cm (26") in height. And super heavy!
There are no markings on the reverse or underside, but we believe he may be of Italian origin.
A fabulous and rare piece for any collector!
