What is the TRP Rewards Program?
TRP Rewards is our revamped loyalty program that rewards our customers with every purchase they make. It's our way of saying thank you for the continued support of our small business.
Every customer earns points via program for various actions, such as making purchases, following us on our social media channels, and more. Points can them be redeemed via discounts and bonuses against future purchases.
How do I sign-up?
If you have already created an account with us online, you are automatically enrolled in our loyalty program and are eligible to earn points.
If not, you can create an account by clicking on the 'Join Now' button at the top of the page.
If you have purchased from us in person at our Newtown showroom, you automaticall have an account created on your behalf.
How do I redeem reward points?
Once you log into your account you will see the option to view all redemption options available the check-out, pending your points balance.
Note that during some periods of sales and offers, points redemption may not be an option due to discounts not being compatible with other offers.
How long does it take for points to appear in my account?
Points can take up to 48 hours to appear in your account, after the action that prompts the reward (making a purchase, following us on social media, etc).
How long does my VIP Tier status last for?
You stay in your current VIP Tier for at least 12 months, unless you spend enough to level up.
To reach a new tier, you must reach the minimum spending target in a twelve month period.
To stay in a tier, you need to spend above that level within the first twelve months of achieving that level.
If you don't hit the spend the threshold within that timeframe, you drop down a level.
How do rewards work for leaving a product review?
For each order you place either online or make in our Newtown showroom, will receive an email after you get your order, prompting you to leave a review for the products that you have purchased.
Oncee a product review has been left, 100 points will be issued to your rewards account.
Terms & Conditions
We (That Retro Piece) has the right to terminate, suspend, or modify the TRP Rewards program or alter the terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion.
If a customer terminates their registered account or if their account is terminated for violating the terms and conditions or engaging in activities that contravene the good faith use of the website, all points will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed.
