Order Processing

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order before dispatch. Expect an email within to let you know your order is on the way, which will include your tracking number.

All orders dispatched, both domestically and internationally, include tracking.

Orders can be collected from our Newtown showroom during opening times. An email will be sent when your order is ready for collection.

Domestic Shipping, Australia Wide

Orders are dispatched within Australia Post via Standard Post. If you require Express Post, please make contact and a quote can be provided. 

For most items shipped via Standard Post, shipping is capped at $20 for under 5kg and $30 for greater than 5kg. Shipping for larger items like lamps will vary between $50-$60. Extra larger items such as wall sculptures will vary again.

International Shipping, Worldwide

We offer international shipping to almost all countries worldwide. Prices are dependant on weight, which is calculated at the check-out. Simply place the item(s) in your cart and add a shipping address, and a shipping quote will be provided.

Please note your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer to ensure these are paid to be able to receive your goods.
