Iwatsu Glass (Japan) from their Hineri range | Art Glass Handkerchief Bowl/Centrepiece

A fabulous example of mid-century art glass from renowned Japanese manufacturer Iwatsu Glass, as part of their Hineri range. Made in Osaka, circa 1960s.

Measuring 18cm tall and 17cm in diameter, this lovely cranberry pink and royal blue organically flowing handkerchief bowl/centrepiece certainly has a wow factor to it. Look at those colours together!

It's in great to excellent vintage condition. There are some bubbles in the glass from manufacturing and some light surface scratches on the base; expected and seen often in these types of pieces.
