Whilst we know this piece was made in Japan simply by the style of glass, we're yet to identify the manufacturer - although it is possible that it was made by Iwatsu Glass Co.

Condition Excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks or major scratches. There are some bubbles in the glass from manufacturing; expected and seen often in these types of pieces.
