Iwatsu Glass (Japan) from their Hineri range | Art Glass Centrepiece *RARE FIND*

A fabulous example of mid-century art glass from renowned Japanese manufacturer Iwatsu Glass, part of their Hineri range. Often exported/imported by distributor Kamei Glass and can be found with their labels. Made in Osaka, circa 1970s.

Measuring 11.5cm tall and 24.5cm in diameter, this lovely rainbow-coloured organically flowing centrepiece certainly has a wow factor to it. Look at those colours together! Cranberry pink, royal blue and lime green.

It's in great to excellent vintage condition with no major wear that we can see. There is a small popped air bubble from when the glass was blown, as per the pictures.

There are some bubbles in the glass from manufacturing and some light surface scratches on the base; expected and seen often in these types of pieces.
