This piece was distributed by Kimura Glass, as per the label, which reads 'K.K.K. Tokyo Kanda Kimura Glass' which stands for Kabushiki Kaisha Kimura (KKK), and Kanda is in reference to their headquarters in the Kanda district of Chiyoda, Tokyo.
Whilst we know the distributor, we're yet to identify the manufacturer.
