Modern Ceramic Products (MCP) were an Australian pottery company that had its origins in 1944, in a small backyard kiln. The company grew and expanded across the 1950s and early 1960s, producing some beautifully classic pieces of Australian pottery.

Here we have a wonderful piece from their collection using the 'MCP' branding - a lovely ceramic swan planter. It's in great to excellent vintage condition with no major wear to mention.

It stands approx 14cm tall, 16cm long, and 9cm wide.
