La fabrication du verre au Portugal a une histoire qui remonte au XVIIIe siècle, à Marinha Grande, une municipalité du district côtier de Leiria, dans le pays.
L'industrie du verre de Marinha Grande est toujours en activité aujourd'hui, étant la plus importante du Portugal pour sa production. Plus de 250 entreprises sont encore actives dans la région, qui constitue la plus grande industrie de moulage d'Europe. La ville elle-même a gagné le surnom de « Cité du Cristal ».

État : excellent état vintage, sans usure notable. Un petit éclat est visible sur le bord, comme sur la photo. Minime !
Il s'agit d'un verre « enrobé », c'est-à-dire qu'il est recouvert d'une couche interne de verre blanc qui fait ressortir la couleur extérieure. De plus, cette pièce présente un motif optique sur toute la surface du verre.

Orders are dispatched within Australia Post via Standard Post. If you require Express Post, please make contact and a quote can be provided.
For most items shipped via Standard Post, shipping is capped at $20 for under 5kg and $30 for greater than 5kg. Shipping for larger items like lamps will vary between $50-$60. Extra larger items such as wall sculptures will vary again.
