Verre Kumela était un petit fabricant de verre finlandais, basé à Riihimaki, et fondé en 1933. L'entreprise produisait principalement du verre domestique et utilitaire, avec les principaux designers Kaj Blomqvist (1939-), Pentti Sarpaneva (1925-78) et Armando Jacobino (1922-1970) ayant travaillé dans l'entreprise au milieu du siècle.
Au milieu des années 1970, la société (appartenant à la famille Kumela) a vendu l'entreprise à Humppila Glass , un autre fabricant de verre finlandais, a continué à produire des pièces sous le nom de l'entreprise jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient achetés par le groupe Wartsila (société mère d' Arabia, Finel, Iittala , etc.) au milieu des années 1980.

Orders are dispatched within Australia Post via Standard Post. If you require Express Post, please make contact and a quote can be provided.
For most items shipped via Standard Post, shipping is capped at $20 for under 5kg and $30 for greater than 5kg. Shipping for larger items like lamps will vary between $50-$60. Extra larger items such as wall sculptures will vary again.
