Vidrio Kumela era un pequeño fabricante de vidrio finlandés, con sede en Riihimaki, y fundado en 1933. La empresa producía principalmente vidrio para uso doméstico y utilitario, con diseñadores clave como Kaj Blomqvist (1939-), Pentti Sarpaneva (1925-78) y Armando Jacobino (1922-70) habiendo trabajado en la empresa durante todo el período de mediados de siglo.
A mediados de la década de 1970, la empresa (propiedad de la familia Kumela) vendió el negocio a Humppila Glass , otro fabricante de vidrio finlandés, continuó produciendo piezas bajo el nombre de la empresa hasta que fueron compradas por el grupo Wartsila (empresa matriz de Arabia, Finel, Iittala , etc.) a mediados de los años 1980.

Orders are dispatched within Australia Post via Standard Post. If you require Express Post, please make contact and a quote can be provided.
For most items shipped via Standard Post, shipping is capped at $20 for under 5kg and $30 for greater than 5kg. Shipping for larger items like lamps will vary between $50-$60. Extra larger items such as wall sculptures will vary again.
