Alsterfors comenzó como una fundición de hierro, pero empezó a fabricar vidrio en 1885, cuando la fábrica fue comprada por JA Gottwald Fogelberg, quien anteriormente era gerente de Kosta .
Alsterfors se incorporó a la Asociación Sueca de Fabricantes de Cristal en 1903, pero cambió de manos en numerosas ocasiones. Entre los diseñadores más conocidos de la fábrica se encuentra Edvin Ollers. (1930-34) , Ingrid Atterberg ( 1958-64) , Fabian Lundkvist y, por supuesto, Per Olof Strom (1968-72).
La fábrica cesó su producción en 1980.

Estado: Excelente estado vintage, sin desgaste visible. Sin roturas ni grietas. Conserva su etiqueta de plástico original. Firmado y fechado en la base.

Orders are dispatched within Australia Post via Standard Post. If you require Express Post, please make contact and a quote can be provided.
For most items shipped via Standard Post, shipping is capped at $20 for under 5kg and $30 for greater than 5kg. Shipping for larger items like lamps will vary between $50-$60. Extra larger items such as wall sculptures will vary again.
