Order Processing
For most orders, please allow up to three (3) business days to process before dispatch. The only exception to this is orders placed with Express Post, where the order is processed and dispatched within 24 hours from placement.
Click and Collect
Orders can be collected from our Newtown showroom during our opening hours. Collecting from our showroom removes any shipping fees. Once your order is ready for collection an email is sent to the email address associated with your order.

Domestic Shipping, Australia Wide
All orders are dispatched with Australia Post via Standard Post or Express Post, with both options being available at the check-out.
Standard Post - shipping is capped Australia wide at $15 for under 5kg, $25 for greater than 5kg
Express Post - prices are dependant on weight, which is calculated at the check-out
International Shipping, Worldwide
We offer international shipping to almost all countries worldwide. Prices are dependant on weight, which is calculated at the check-out. Simply place the item(s) in your cart, add a shipping address, and a shipping quote will be provided.
In terms of delivery timeframes, as an example, shipping to the United States can take between 7-15 days, dependant on location. Each country is different however, so please drop us a line if you require your goods by a certain date.
Please note your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied they are your responsibility as the customer to ensure these are paid to be able to receive your goods.
