Oball Glass (Murano, Italy) Art Glass 6" Ribbed Vase, in Pink w/ Gold Leaf

Oball Glass - full company name Vetreria Artistica Oball - was founded in 1978 on the island of Murano, Venice, Italy, by Luigi Onesto.

Onesto had previously worked at Gambaro & Poggi, since the age of 15. He was later joined at the Oball factory by his sons, Fabio and Michele.

The company are best known for their very impressive, multi-layered sommerso vases, bottles and other objects.

Condition Great to excellent condition, with the only flaw we can find being a small nick on the base corner (just visible in the bottom of the second last picture).
