James Bridge and son Jack started Bridge Built Tinware & Sheetmetal Work based in Perth, Western Australia in 1932. Later joined by Arthur Wilson as partner, the company produced a range of metal works including stainless steel products, metal furniture and later, aluminium kitchenware.
In 1946, post the war years, the company changed their name to Jason Industries Ltd - with name coming from James Bridge (JA), his son James and Arthur Wilson (SON). With it came a relocation to Welshpool, Western Australia.
The 'Model Maid' range of aluminium kitchenware was born in 1949, after a dedicated technical laboratory and development department was implemented.
Fast forward to today and the company is still in operation, trading as Jason Windows.
