Hello it’s me, Stan!

I’m based in sunny Sydney, Australia, with my partner David and our two fur babies Mischka and Oliver. I’m the man behind That Retro Piece – your guide to International PYREX, and online vintage homewares store.

That Retro Piece was born out of a love for vintage treasures. Both David and I are avid collectors of many, many goodies – with our favourites including Italian ceramics, starburst wall clocks, mid-century furniture and of course, vintage PYREX.
