Alfares de Ponte Sampaio, better known as the brand Pontesa, launched as a company in 1961 in Vigo, Spain.
They went on the be the largest Spanish producer of porcelain ceramics and at one stage had over 30 stores across the country and employed more than 5,000 workers.
Across the 1960s and 1970s they produced a wonderful range of floral and abstract designs relevant to both eras.

We two sets of coupe cereal bowls available - one set of six bowls, and another set of five bowls. The set of six bowls are in excellent vintage condition with no wear to mention, and the set of five bowls have two flaws to mention - one small chip on the rim of one bowl (2mm in length) and a small glaze flake on another.
Measuring approx 16.5cm diameter x 5cm tall.
