Kalmar Pottery were produced by migrants Julius and Irene Kalmar of Hungary from the early 1950's to mid 1960's. Their first factory was at Lakemba, NSW and they later moved to Punchbowl.

They are renowned for their stunning lustreware pieces - various vases and ornaments with a stunning coloured, lustre finish.


THIS LISTING:

We have managed to secure not one but two of the company's fabulous lustre salad bowls, complete with serving utensils.

These are beauties are in great to excellent vintage condition. One has a small chip/repair on one of the servers and a small glaze flake on the gold rim of the salad bowl. The other is in excellent condition with no real wear to mention.

These beauties are really something, and quite rare.

They measure approx 16cm diameter x 7cm tall (bowl); 21cm long (servers).
