JAJ were the producers of PYREX bowls and bakeware in England from 1922 until the plant (in Sunderland, UK) closed in 2007. Items were back-stamped JAJ (short for James A Jobling) until the mid-1970s, which is when Corning purchased the company and items started production with the PYREX ENGLAND back-stamp.

#2162 Deep Oblong Casserole, with Candle Warmer Stand
Produced from 1958
Great vintage condition. The casserole itself has no chips or cracks and the colour is bright and shiny, with no dishwasher damage to the finish. There are some light wear the base where it has been in the stand, but nothing major. The stand has been used and shows some patina, as you would expect with age.
The model is equivalent to US PYREX model #575.
