Shortly after, Elias Muller received permission from Count Harrach to operate the glassworks. The factory was renamed \u003cem\u003eNeuwelter Hutte\u003c\/em\u003e and soon after the area became the town of Harrachov.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn 1764 the factory was renamed \u003cem\u003eGraflich Harrach'sche Glasfabrik\u003c\/em\u003e.
