An incredible vintage starburst wall clock, made by Elgin in Illinois, United States in the 1960s.

This particular piece features starburst/sunburst peaks, with a brass clock face. Numbers and hands appear in black. It retains its original Japanese clock movement which is in working order.

The outer part of the clock has been restored with a gold finish, the clock face is as per it's original state with some light scuffs and scratches. Cosmetic, and minimal.

The bursts are in great condition with no damages like chips or the like. Overall we'd rate the condition of this piece being close to excellent.

It measures approx 60cm (24") in diameter overall.

Based on our research this piece dates back to the 1960s (the company, Elgin, closed its doors in 1968).
