These styles were made by a number of manufacturers, such as Åseda and Kosta Boda (Sweden), Holmegaard (Denmark) - and in a number of countries, such as Portugal, Japan and Czechoslovakia. 

We're able to identify these being from Portugal, based on the original paper/foil label still intact on each.
