As a general rule there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photographs of your items for investigation.
All pricing in our store is in Australian Dollars (AUD). That Retro Piece accepts a number of payments options including PayPal, Apple Pay and all major credit cards.
Items are dispatched within 1-3 days from day of purchase and when payment has been received in full.
Rates are calculated as a single item purchase, but we do offer combined shipping rates. Contact us at email@example.com or via the Facebook Messenger icon to request a shipping quote. The quote provided covers the cost of shipping and materials used to get your item(s) to you safe and secure.

We primarily use Sendle to ship your items, allowing us to be able to offer you the best possible shipping rate Australia-wide. For non-Sendle addresses, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers, we use Australia Post.
Yes, we ship internationally! All items are shipped via Australia Post and for the most part, take 7-15 days delivery, depending on your location. Tracking is included and is provided upon receipt of dispatch. If you are interested in multiple items you can contact us further for quote on total shipping.
