Who, what and where?

Crown Crystal Glass opened a glass manufacturing facility in Christchurch, New Zealand in the suburb in Hornby. Production of PYREX glass commenced sometime in the early to mid 1960s, providing the New Zealand market a taste of locally produced PYREX ware.

Alongside the local production, PYREX was also imported for sale from the United Kingdom and Australia.
