The Hokuyo brand and glass factory, now owned by ISHIZUKA Glass, has a long history in the Aomori Prefecture of Japan. The company was originally founded in 1949, going on to become Japan's most successful in terms of glass fishing float production.

Across the mid- century period the company produced a range of home decor, sometimes distributed under the Kamei Glass branding.

A gorgeous centrepiece, in an incredible multi-coloured combination of blue, pink and chartreuse.

Condition Excellent condition with no wear we can see. Some bubbles from manufacturing, as often seen on these pieces. Retains the original label on the side.
