An incredible vintage starburst wall clock, made by Elgin in Illinois, United States in the 1960s.

This particular piece features teak starbursts positioned along brass spikes, with additional brass ball spikes between. All wooden teak bursts are in great to excellent condition, with only a small amount of surface wear.

The clock face features a brass and white Elgin face, with brass numbers and brass hands. There are a couple marks on the clock face, but minimal when you compare them against the size of the piece.

The mechanism has been replaced by our local and reputable clock repairer with a new Quartz movement.

Overall we can't see any major wear, just a couple of normal scuffs. The brass has some light patina, commensurate with age. We'd rate the condition of this piece being close to excellent.

This is by far the largest wall clock we've ever had in stock, measuring approx 77cm (30") in diameter.
